1. Consultations & Treatment Suitability
All treatments require a consultation prior to procedure execution. Mona Aesthetics reserves the right to decline treatment if a procedure is deemed clinically unsuitable or unsafe for the patient.
2. Age Requirement & Identification
Patients must be 18 years of age or older for aesthetic treatments. Government-issued photo identification may be requested prior to treatment.
3. Deposit & Booking Terms
Appointments booked via our online portal (Fresha) are subject to clinic booking and deposit policies as stated during appointment selection.
